    Tes E

    I am on my fifth week of deca durabolin 200mg a week and i just startes taking 250mg of tes e today should i keep it at 250mg of tes e or should i move up to 500mg a week...this is my first cycle and i am going to keep the deca at 200mg a week and i have 4 weeks left any advice???

    Why didn't u start the test the same time as the deca ?
    Start the test now @ 500mgs per week, and next time plan your cycle out better before u start.

    agree, your cycle looks really bad!!!

    your first ever cycle was supposed to be a test only cycle!
    what about anti e's & pct?

    my question exactly. take your test @ 500mg/wk. i hope you got some concept of pct my friend.
