    Winny 50mg ED (5mg tabs) take all in one go or split the dosage

    take 10 tabs at once
    or 3 tabs 3 times a day spaced out?

    please help


    stats 25 5 '7 180lb ripped 2 cycles

    Split the dose in half and take on in the AM and the other about 8 hours later

    The half life for winnie is 7 hours. I would take my dose every 7 hours. But thats me.
