I know that sounds astronomically egotistical which Im not, but I look at some of the pictures of the members on here and they are doing TONS of gear and they dont look any better than most of the natural people where I work out. I think your wasteing your time and money. I mean 6'1 and you weigh 230 with 12% bodyfat??? and really dont look that muscular! I can think of 3 of my friends that are 5'11 - 6'0 that weigh 240-260 that are HUGE all natural without ever doing anything just good diet and genetics. I have weighed 210 at 5'9, and had 9% bodyfat completely natural muscular as hell and strong and Im in my early 30's. I recently cut down to 195 to get my bodyfat down as low as possible and I didnt lose any muscular size my arms are 18" , my traps are huge my back is wide and my chest assuming from my coat size is still 44. I guess most of the people on here have piss poor genetics. Thats why they went to juice I guess I would to but it seems like it would do more for you than that.

I just read a article about someone that thought they were strong and could bench 350lbs. If I had a dollar for everytime I seen someone bench 350 I would be a billionare!!! I replied to the thread by saying " I thought I was strong until I seen the ronnie coleman workout video around 3 years ago". I also thought I had pretty good genetics and was strong as well. But ronnie has me beat along with everyone else in this galaxy. Anyway I always find it more satisfing to stay humble about myself. I've competed in a few bodybuilding shows and have done quite well over the years. Plan on doing jr. nationals in around 2 years. But I never put down anybody saying I look better or stronger than them

They may look average body builder size on TV, but I can tell you for 100% sure, they are much bigger when your standing face to face with them. Triple H is f*ckin' huge. And to really illustrate, Rey is jacked, although short. I was suprised at how tall/big Mick Foley was when I met him. I always considered him to be on the shorter side but the guy's atleast 6'3".
