I'm in my 15th week of a EQ/Test E cycle and have had no issues with excess water retention or bloating until today..... I first noticed at the gym and then again at home, I definately look freakin bloated.... I don't have any l-dex on hand... Is there anything that I can do in the meantime to alleviate this excess water??..... I was thinking of maybe cutting carbs and upping cardio for the weekend at least, would this help at all???
