reduce water retention from test e

ay bros as most of you well know, test e causes water retention like a mofo (in many cases). should i even worry about this or should i take a diuretic to reduce it like pms tea or taraxatone?

I like the good old 20mg/Nolavadex ED to try and counteract estrogenic side-effects. After you finish your cycle your water will dissappear and you will look a-lot better, trust me - the water's only temporary.

I also use l-dex

You can also take some l-dex at .25 mg/day

Ldex, as mentioned above is really strong and really good at reducing water retention. You will most likely find that liquid is way cheaper than tabs. I think the board sponser has something like ldex. Femara perhaps?? Check it out.

femara is much stronger than l-dex. alot stronger, im taking 1.25mg EOD and it is keeping me dry as a bone with 1500mg/week of test E

Can you take l-dex as needed or is it better to stay on it continuously once you start? This is my 1st cycle of test E and I'm starting to notice more water retention now (been on for about 5-6 weeks).
