Proviron, First or Last?

I'm about to run a cycle of:

375mg/sust/wk
250mg/deca /wk
and 20 tabs of 25mg proviron

now, i have my nolv and clomid.......what i am wondering is-

Should i take the proviron at the begining of my cycle or at the end? or during pct?

how much should i take daily to prevent gyno, etc.????????????

Last cycle, I took Proviron 25mg ED during PCT along with nolva and clomid. Both nolva and proviron together helped me get over the bloating in the feet and legs that I get post cycle a lot quicker. Also, I liked the fact that proviron increases sex drive while coming off test.

NO PROVIRON DURING PCT. Proviron is a mild AAS and will inhibit your recovery. How long is your cycle? I'd run it throughout and stop just before PCT.

375/sust/splitting the injections

i only have 20 tabs of the proviron ....so i should throw them i mid cycle...to help with the estrogen like the quote from above says??????

Take it towards the end. But like Johnny B said you should be more prepared next time. Take for the last 20 day's of your cycle going into PCT.

Best use it during cycle 25-50mg max. Since you only have 20,last 20 days of cycle as stated. But like Johnny said not enough..
