how much is 200mcg? on squirt? what the best wat to take it?????

i take all of it right when i wake up. some bro's will tell you to split it up, but all at once works for me. everyone is different, especially in how they react to clen. see what works for you. do you know all about using it? dosages? 2 weeks on 2 weeks off? using potassium and taurine?

no problem. eating bananas and oranges and taking potassium tablets at 200-400mg a day taken before bed on an empty stomach will help you with cramps. i get cramps bad while on clen so i would recommend it. cant hurt right?

vette, are you sure it only equals 20mcg? 1cc does equal 200mg right?

200 mcg/ml.....1 ml=1cc

thats measuring it out with a syringe. mine doesnt have a pump so im not sure, but i would trust vette about 20 mcg/pump
