whats up again fellas? I have a question about something i heard at the local gym. The hebal supplement saw palmetto is said { by the gym guys} to act as an anti estrogen. The bottle says for prostate and urinary health. Just curious if anyone knew. Any help would be great thanks guys

Saw Palmetto is not an anti-e, but it does stop the conversion of test to DHT. Excess DHT is what causes prostate problems and hair loss, so it's a nice herbal remedy for that.

week: 1-10 400mg test
1-4 30mg d bol
1-10 300mg deca
