    about nolva??

    some say you should take 20mg/day but other say it will decrease the anabolic effect on your steroids ...and that 10mg/day is enough...
    I would rather take 20mg/day but I dont want to risk the effectiveness on my steroids so anybody could tell how it really is??
    Does it depend on the amount and which steroids you take?

    This is a never ending debate which you will never find the answer too. IMO nolva at 20mg ed wont hinder gains but thats just me.
