Why are you tapering off like that? No need to taper. Also I always run my test dose higher than my eq. Maybe consider 600 or 700 test and eq at 5 or 600 the whole time and quit the eq at 14 weeks for recovery. I don't do winny so i have no input on it.

I figured as much. Many different oppinions on that but it has not realy helped me.

Other possibility is starting it 1 month sooner and extending it out 20 weeks, but I want to recover longer.

i am with mart on this one i don't really care to frontload either, you are doing anadrol in the begining to jump start why not just throw some prop. in their too if that is what you are after. And i would run the winny two weeks past the test.

Front loading.

That is the wrong way to front load bro. If you are front loading with a long ester than the standard thing to do is double up the weekly dosage and spread it out throughout the 1st week or maybe 1st 2wks at most.

For instance, if you planned on 500mg for the entire cycle, then you would run a gram for the first week. So your doses would be double for the first week or two. The theory behind frontloading looks good on paper and theoretically should work well, but some bros tend to not have faith in it.

Front loading with prop is a different story, as it is a shorter estered steroid .

Run E 1wk past EQ. It is usually a good idea to run Test higher than your other compounds, but since EQ is so mild and it is the only other compound your are running, there will be no problem with running it at the same dose as E. On the otherhand, if you were running Tren also, then you would definately want to run the test higher because the ratio of test to the other compounds would be nearly 2:1.
