Just wanted to say what up bro's.I've been reading these threads for a couple of months. I learned alot of things.I'll give you all a little bio of myself.I'm 30 6' 195.I've been working out off and on since 17.I had a lower back injury (bulging disks )I stop lifting for the past 2 yrs until 4 months ago I started lifting again I was 170 with 14.5 biceps Now they are 16.25 not bad for natural I guess.I have been working on my lower body now but I am afraid to push myself to hard I don't want to be in pain again.If anybody has some good ex for getting my legs big without doing sqauts please help me out.I have been thinking about doing a cycle to.
