how many mg's should i take of prop if im doin it every second or third day?

Every second day at 150mg's.
Well, that really depends on what your goals are. I like to maintain a more chisled and hard look without being too freakishly big. So I don't really like to run large amounts of test. 100 mg EOD (400 mg/wk) is just fine for me. I also usually like to run 50mg of winny ED along with my prop. These dosages work out just fine for my goals. However, if you want to get huge you may want to run up to 800-1000mg/wk thats like 250mg EOD or like 150mg ED. Your cycling experience also plays a role. If this is just your first or second cycle you don't need to run large amounts of test. You will get good results off lower amounts. So I guess long story short it all depends on your goals and experience. Make sure you have nolva on hand and clomid for PCT.
