    What kind of steroid is good for people who run.

    none if you're a distance runner.

    if you're a sprinter you can try any non-aromatizing AS.

    EPO and anemia medication would be good for distance athletes, but they can make your blood dangerously thick with hemoglobin and IMO is not worth the risk.

    EQ can induce massive pumps. great for pumping iron, but distance runners' times would suffer badly.
