Hey everyone im running 10mg M1T for 4 weeks then 4 weeks of PCT after as suggested in nsas m1t forum. dietwise however i premake
about 140g of protein powder + 280g dextrose which i drink whenever i have a free moment and post workout with R-ALA
1-2 cans of tuna every day with a wrap
almost every meal I have I am trying to make sure it is 2:1 carbsrotein regardless of whether it is pre or postworkout and trying to have almost no fats in my diet whatsoever
Its tough for me to eat on a strict diet because I have class all day and usually have to stuff food in my face inbetween slots.
Does this diet look like it will be effective? I am trying to eat just about every minute i have during the day.
