I'm 25 male been working out for about 4years on and off because of shoulder injury. trying to get back in the game. I need to cut up quick for summer need to lose about 40 big ones to get inshape. Would like some info on a exercie eat and gear program. Have some finna/winne/and sten any info would help thanx bro'soh ya my shoulder is great so dont think it will affect my workouts it hasnt yet.
