such thing as a website that has diff. types of foods with there calories, fat etc?
if so plz post...trying to make up a diet

the best thing to do is go to the bookstore and buy one. you can buy one that has everything from organic foods all the way to fast food. it tells you pretty much everything you want to know, plus it's portable.

Barnes and Noble bro, or any other book store, shat, any store that sells books should have one witht he way the country is so concerned about being overweight. They cost maybe $7 and they list EVERYTHING.
