    My wrists are completely f'ed

I asked about this before but everyone was pretty much in agreement that I should work thru the pain and it will go away once i'm used to it, well its gotten so bad i can barely grip a dumb bell without pain in my wrists. My aunt whos a doc says I probably have tendonitis (over the phone), would wrist braces be a good solution to this? I'm putting this on the AAS forum because its only gotten bad since starting my use and gaining so much strength and figured there must be other people in the same boat.

What are you taking? I'd suggest a light dose of deca to help lubricate the joints and tendons. If you don't want to go that route I'd go to the doc. Maybe even have en x-ray done to it just to make sure nothing is fractured or dislocated or anything of that nature. GH also helps tendons and joints with mobility.

Deca will just mask the problem though I don't want it to become worse

I'm a bit young for GH (early/mid 20s) and not too educated on its use but I'd be willing to check into it if a low dose will do for what I want.

I'd go to the doc then, you are still too young to use GH IMO. I'am around the same age and probably won't use GH until late 20's early 30's.

You know about collagen synthesis right??? All im gonna say is dont make the mistake of only taking drugs that decrease collagen synthesis.

If it bothers you that bad try to find a pair of lifting wraps that support your wrists while you work out.

i just went to the doctor and found out i tendonitits in the elbow(tennis elbow). I was not even able to bench press a week ago. my doc gave me celebrex and then i bought a tennis elbow brace and today it was fine. the brace i bought did mention it was for the wrist too. you should go see the doctor and ask for a drug called celebrex or mobic

I had the same problem about a year ago. I had it so bad in my right wrist that I couldn't even write or use a mouse. I thought I had broken my wrist. I got it checked out and it turned out to be tendonitis. It was a doc on campus and he told me to get a brace and take ibuprofen a few times a day. I did get the brace, but I had some Vioxx, which is a prescription anti-inflammatory, which i took twice a day. This helped out greatly. I was able to lift although the first few sets were hard until it got loosened up. Just make sure to take anti-inflammatorys after you lift to keep any swelling down. I also wore the brace over night for a week or so I didn't f*** it up more by bending it wrong.

Thanks alot bro I'm going to go see a doctor tomorrow and ask about those, I know my wrists are holding me back HUGE, if there was no pain I'd be making a lot more strength gains and just knowing that pisses me off to end!

Yeah I do, and so far thats what I've been doing wrong, I haven't used Deca or EQ yet but I plan to - I guess that doesn't help me now though! Tren doesn't help does it?

No tren doesnt help. Deca , equipoise ,Primobolan , Winstrol increase collagen synthesis but decreases cross linking integrity, And I think Anavar also does I might be wrong.

If you have tendonitis in your wrists you have what I suffered from the whole time I was a kid. It never went away i took martial arts a good part of the time when I was a kid and I had to do push ups on my fists. If I even bumped my hand the wrong way my wrists hurt for a week. I took Glucoasamine and Chondrotin sulfate and it went away and never came back. I can Hit someone so hard now that I break my hands and never hurt my wrists.

My left wrist has been hurting off and on for about a year. And I was in the gym about 5 weeks ago do revers bicep curls 60lbs, and POP.. my hand went numb and I dropped the weight. I finally went to see a wrist specialist in town and he took x-rays and said noting was broken, but I most likely tore the tendon and ligament(sp?). I am trying to let it heal naturally, so I am in a cast until Sept 30., I may still have to have surgery if it is not healed. I am also taking some strong anti-inflamatories. THIS SUCKS,
I am proud to say I am still hiting the gym and working legs and using hammer strength machines on upper body.
