    Pec Injections

    How effective are pec injections? What do you shoot for best results?
    Where to inject? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    www.spotinjections.com and pec injections are easy and virtually painless. oh yeah i use 25g 1 inch pinz

    hung,

    My pecs are very defined, but lack size. What would you suggest as far as exercises and juice.

    Sit in a chair and lean back a bit. GO about "1" inch above and to the right of your nipple and inject. They are ok, alomost no pain. I use a 23' and "1" pin. Good luck
