Depends on how bad your flu is. Mine lasted 2-3 days(its been a while) but my friend got sick bad and was sick for a week. Just treat it like any other flu.

Yea dude. Get plenty of rest, drink chicken noodle soup, all the stuff you would do if you had a real flu. Depending on how bad it is would depend on how hard I would train though. I was able to train just as hard as before but my friend had to stop lifting for 5 days, he didn't miss a shot though! Don't mess up your blood levels b/c your scared of getting more sick. Trust me on that.
