Those are lame supplement versions of "steroids". As in they aren't steroids and they just try to mimic them well enough to convice fools to buy them. They are a waste of your time.

For a lame supplement to take? At your age I suggest whey protein, creatine, and glutamine. Also a good diet around 3,000-3,500 cals a day and 4-5 days a week in the gym.
