Anyone Cap there own ZMA?

might be the wrong forum for this.

I see where people have cpped their pwn Saw Palmetto , Trib, ect. has anyone caped their own ZMA formula? I have searched and can't find Zinc or mag in powder form.

Any help would be great. Thanks

hmm it could be done if you have the zinc/mag as u said but i havent ever seen it
i also dont rate zma...but maybe its just me

i notice for me I sleep alot better when I take it before bed, feel i sllep deeper, and wake up more refreshed.

ZMA isn't cheap, but I felt I could cap it if I could find bulk powders of these and save a few bucks.

I guess my question is does anyone know where to find these as powders. I have search this site & used google and haven't found anything. Any help would be great.
