does taurine need 2 b taken whilst on clenbuterol i have read many articles some saying no and sum saying yes do anyone know the truth

You dont HAVE to but AandF6969 didnt have it for a few days on clen and he had a massive calf cramp. I just sat there watchin simpsons cuz I couldnt do anything. I suggest it highly.

i cramped up big time during a rugby match at the weekend it sucks i knew it was coz of the clen wat can i take naturally then

I cramped up while lifting when i didnt take it. Its needed. Its cheap. Just go get some. Allsportsnutrition.com

from personal experience taurine helps prevent cramping. It's cheap as hell too.

I'll never run clen without taurine... **** kills me.... I usually have to keep running taurine about a week after the clen.... Take 3-5 grams a day and 200mg of potassium ed...
