How much nolva?

How much nolva do i need to take and when should i take it to keep sides under control. I am very susceptable to gyno. This is only my 2 cycle and the first cycle i did i neglected to get any anti- e's. It went away after awhile but I guess you have to learn the hard way sometimes. Any help is much appreciated. thanks

10mg ed is usually sufficient, but you mat need 20mg ed if you are really susceptable.

everyone is different, but i run 10mg/ed with l-dex or if nolv is the only anti-e run 20mg/ed

thanks guys, how long do u usually run it and do u start takin it as soon as u shoot your first shot?

make sure you take ldex too. Like asymetrical said. Depending on the ester is when you take it. If its a fast acting ester like prop you are going to want to take the ldex and nolva starting a week before so you can have your the anti-e's blood level up to par when the test hits the blood stream. If its a longer ester like enthanate you can take it with your first shot because by the time the test e hits the blood your anti-e's blood level will be where it should be.
