After my 4 weeks of sust at 500mg a week, could i drop the sust to 250mg a week with 1 shot of deca a week ? Or would this be too late ?

it depends how long the cycle is and how much deca your talking about. 1cc can be 50mgs, 100mgs, 200mgs, 250mgs, or 300mgs. id keep the test at 500mgs a week(i think 250 isnt enough) and start 3-400mgs of deca a week. now if your only doing an 8 week cycle then it wont even be worth throwing the deca in for 5 more weeks. it takes to long to kick in. but if your doing a 12 weeker or higher go for the deca.
