oil and water does mix.
oil and water are fine to put into the same syringe. it's not going to mess with the release times of any of the steroids in there. it's the size of the ester that determines release time, not the fact that it's in oil or water. the only reason some are oil based is that long esters don't dissolve well in water and must be placed in an oil solution.

Steroids are a cholestrol derived molecule. They are a class of lipids. This is how they get across the cell membrane. They are not water soluble. That is why there are crystals in winstrol .
The oils and water are just transporters. The oil is the organic solvent used to dissolve the steroid . Same reason tylenol has bindings in the pill to keep it together.

So tell me how you are going to change the polarity of the molecule?

Transfer of hydrogen, in the form of either a proton or a hydride ion, from one atom to another in the same molecule, is the most common chemical reaction in biology, and is also perhaps the simplest. Yet it is not always an easy reaction to carry out rapidly. When the donor and acceptor atoms are unreactive carbons or oxygens, the uncatalyzed reactions are usually very slow, because the -C-H and -O-H groups are not very acidic (both typically have pKa values near 20) You could end up changing the conformation of the molecule and what it does chemically in your body.
actually my original point was that oil and water based steroids can mix in the same syringe with no harmful effects... i did not try to say a teroid molecule is water soluble, just that the presence of the ester would make it necessary to dissolve in oil.

Thanks for the Chemistry lesson fella's... but I have mixed oil and water base AS in the same syringe with no trouble...I think the main concern is people don't like the look of oil and water together...and the old saying oil and water don't mix...or Mother in laws and son in laws don't mix!
