Newbie CYCLE EMERGeNCY
OK i am 5'10 187lbs going on my second cycle (cutting) i was wondering how can i get down to 6-8%bf (currently 13-14%) and add maybe 5-10lbs solid musle. which one of these cycle will work the best for my goals.
Option 1:
weeks 1-10 = Eq 500mg & T-200 400mg
weeks 5-6= clen
weeks 9-10= clen
weeks 13-14= clen
Starting week 14- 300mg clomid day 1/ 100mg clomid 10 days/ 50mg clomid 10 days
Option 2:
weeks 1-10= eq 500mg t-200 400mg
weeks1-2= clen
weeks 5-6= clen
weeks 9-10= clen
STARTING WEEK 14- 300mg clomid day 1/ 100mg clomid 10 days/ 50mg clomid 10 days
which would cut me up and let me gaint he most from it any help would be really appreciate for this newbie:unsure: :lift:
