    help need to lose water fast

    I am holding a bit of water and need to get rid of it in a couple
    of days. Is there anything otc that will work. I just started
    taraxatone yesterday. How long should it take for this stuff
    to work?

    I used Taraxatone after my Celltech cycle a few years ago (why, I don't know). Anyway, all it did was make me VERY shaky...kept dropping shit at work...and on top of that I didn't lose any water...that I could tell. As far as I know, diuretics (OTC water loss pills) are supposed to work. Do a search on them.

    BTW, Liquidex used throughout a cycle is suppossed to prevent most water retention...guess it's a little late for you though.
