Here it goes....

Weeks 1-10: 500mgs/wk Sustanon 250
Weeks 1-12: .25 mgs/day Armidex (liquidex)
Weeks 1-12: 10 mgs/day Nolvadex

PCT - 2 weeks after last shot of Sus

Weeks 1-3: 100mg/day Clomid
Weeks 1-3: .25mg/day Armidex (liquidex)
Weeks 1-3: 20mg/day Nolvadex

Just a nice, simple cycle...for strength and mass....let me know what you guys think! Thanks

pretty basic looks good you could toss some dbol in if you want

Oh forgot to add that im going to front load the sust.....take 500mg the first day then carry on with my normal 250 e4d....going to stay away from dbol....not too crazy about the high liver toxin level....thanks bignatt for gettin back to me....have a good one...

Preload your syringes for the week if you have to. Again, Sust needs to be split up EOD. It will keep your blood levels more stable and you will see less sides and have better results.

are you saying if I'm going to use 750 mg of sus250 aweek I should use 250 mg every other day.What about deca I'm going to use 300 mg aweek should I split that up to.

no you can shoot deca once a week depending on what your mg/ml is
