    Hitting a plateau on cycle?

Ok here is the cycle I am currently on

    Weeks 1-4 50mgs d-bol
    Weeks 1-12 1000 mgs test e

My question is have some of you guys hit a plateau when you’re running such a high dose of test? I had such high expectations of this cycle and I don’t know what’s going on. I’m up a solid 20lbs so I guess I can’t complain but I have been at the same wait for the last two weeks (in my 8th week). I know that gear isn’t magic but eating has become a round the clock job. It seems no matter how much I eat I end up at the same wait lately. I don’t know if sweating has something to do with it cause I have been sweating my ass off lately but I should still gain a good pound or 2 a week I would think. I guess I’ll just up everything and see what happens................any of you guys run into this problem?

everyone reacts differently to AAS. however, if 1g / week of test isn't doing anything then upping that dose probably won't do anything either... except increase sides.

or you could be losing some of the water weight gained from d-bol

It's not the water weight from the d-bol cause that ended 4 weeks ago. When I stopped the d-bol I did lose a couple pounds, but I gained that back. Since I laid off the d-bol I have put about 10lbs on so I don't know what is going on!

    i would look at

your hydration program and take a look at how you can adjust your diet to make continued gains.

if your training and eating are up to par, i would just wait it out without upping the test. 20 lbs of solid muscle is pretty good for any cycle but i'm sure you will comtinue to gain if you keep going till week 12.

if you havn't changed your diet to your new weight ie add more calories, this is probably why you can't gain anymore weight. Since you gained 20lbs you need to up the calories to compensate for the added weight...Your diet is what makes your cycle in the end, not the drugs...although they help a ****load.

Buy a can of peanut butter and down it like ice cream, each serving is 200 calories bro...

Also tuna is a great source of protein and doesnt have much fat in it
at all I eat the tuna straight from the can like 3 or 4 cans aday.

This is true, every night I eat 4 cans of tuna and 3 servings of mayo. That's nearly 1000 calories!

You should get your mercury level checked. Thats too much tuna. Chicken is a safer protien source.
