I think i got this...but could be wrong. Please Help.
I am a 20 year old who has been working out for about 4 years, gained a decent amount of mass, im 5'11, 179 and very lean. It's time to gain some serious muscle and get real big...so i have been researching and im torn between cycles.
1. 500 test e 12 wks
400 deca for 12 wks
40 d-bol a day for 4 wks
proviron with the dbol , and nolva all the way through, and clomid for post.
or
2. same, but without deca. i know i will lose more gains, but is this a smarter first cycle?
Please help a brother out.

i think for a first cycle i'd stick with just test, you have plenty of time to add in the other things. If you do decide to go with #1, either run the deca to 10 weeks or extend the test.

yeah but ur first cycle is where u get most ur gains i think this cycle will work it did for me but i used sust and i put on a stone and a half of good quality

you get the most gains in your first cycle, but you also lose the most after the first cycle is done, Stick with test only for 10 weeks. My boy chris gained 17lbs from test only. Then wait 10-12 weeks and do a test/dbol /decca cycle.

I think it's too much for a first cycle. My gains improve each cycle I do. I also think it's best to learn how the test reacts before adding other gear.

Your gains will depend on your diet. I'd lower the dose, drop the deca and maybe the dboll too. Also, no need for 4 threads

If you want to add something to your cycle, then just throw in some winny 50mg ed week 8-12, test E 500mg week 1-10. Thats a pretty basic cycle
