BUMP - Surely someone has tried it?
i've thought about it many times to aid in fat loss and energy, but have asked the same question as you and have gotten no responses. it obviously has its uses or it wouldn't be produced, but i would also like to hear of someone who has tried it.
Didn't know there was such a thing...I have used L-carnitine with coQ-10 and the result was more energy and could run more without the tightness in the chest after awhile. Breathing was better during the run too. I use every day now.
L-carnitine IM is good stuff. 2cc twice a week produces noticable increases in endurance and harder muscle tone and helps manage fat.
