hey bros i looked in search but couldnt find my answer. Can you mix test and deca together?I also have freind that is scared to do the proper amount of test and deca. he is only gonna do 100 grams each a week , will he see any results?

you can mix just about anything together.

im guessing you meant milligrams.. cause DAMN! lol.. 100mgs of each a week is pointless IMO.. probably just a waist of money.. If hes scared its probably cause he dosent know too much about AS, and in that case he probably should research more, and determine which AS are good for his personal goals.

He might get just a little horny with 100mg testo a week, thats about all.
And yes you can mix Testo with Deca no problems. If he's worried abut volume, as a newbie shooting his glutes he should get away with 3cc mixed or single, it won't matter.
To see any gains, and depending on other factors like states, training experience, diet etc..but a minimum doesage would be 500mg testo and 200-400mg deca per week for 8 weeks. He'd make nice gains on that.
Btw that would be between 4cc and 6cc of oil. If he as a big ass 4cc should be cool. If he's using sustanon , try a small amount first as some people find Sustanon very sore.

I think you can gain an 200 mg test/200 mg deca . I did, but not like I wanted too. I was a wus at first too. That's only 2 cc's depending on what you have. Put it in the same syringe.
