    first cycle gyno?

    has anyone gotten gyno or symptoms from first cycle? and if so what were you taking??

    hell I know guys that have gotten gyno from prohormones.. AS are 10 times worse..
    Do some research read read read...

    If you are prone to it bro, youll most likely get it. I am started getting sore nips two days ago so "20mg" of nolvadex should take care of that. I might even up the dose to 30mg if i feel its not enough. If you really want to be sure get some "liquidex" its cheaper the arimidex works the same.

    So Liquidex is the best when preventing gyno? It is what I plan to run in my upcoming cycle. Just looking for first hand experience advice, none of this"well, I heard that..."
