gyno predisposition

Is there any way to tell if you have a predisposition to getting gyno? Are there any tests you can take or any physical characteristics?

I think that if you had gyno when you were going through puberty, then you have a greater chance to get it then someone who did not get it when going thorough puberty. Physical charecteristics are typical gyno symptoms., i.e. puffy, itchy, swolen nipples.
