    Question ARR T3 questions Who has used...

    I just got my liquid T3 that I bought from our sponsor site. It comes with a pump sprayer on it. How do I know how to dose it properly. I want to take 100mg doses. Its 200mcg/ml but I cant measure it with a pump...any help or ideas????

    5pumps=100mcg. and the pump is pretty accurate

    and for the less intelagent people out there, that would mean that 1 pump is equivilent to 20mcg.
