    Arrow How much off time?

i have heard so many different ideas on this one. some say time on=time off, then if u bridge it can be cut down to 6-8 weeks for a 10 wk cycle. then i just read that your body doesnt fully go back to normal from an 8 wk cycle for about 4 months! what kind of consequences are we talking about only waiting 8 wks after a 10 wk cycle?

yes.. i'm a strong belive in time on eqaul time off.. or longer.. what happens our noraml test levels get a longer time to recover and you can get more out of the next cycle that you do.. and if your not going pro most people say that you should only do two cycle a year... just my two cents
