    Injecting into the soreness?

So, if your rotating injection sites and it has come down to the day in which your rotation is supposed to go back to the original injection site AND it is still sore, should you inject in that site again or seek out a new one? Anyone with experiences or problems injecting into sore spots? Thanks bros..

personal preference, bro. if it is real sore i probably wouldnt but other than that i would. was it ur first time injecting in that spot? the first and second usually take longer to heal then ur body adjusts.

i use t400 so if it is really hurting ill switch legs...if its mildly sore then that usually means the other leg would be even more sore so i use the semi-sore site.. imo

I would find a new spot, not that hard, new spot will prolly hurt just as much, but not as much as injecting into an already sore spot....
