Iam 190lbs and about 10%bf. My last cycle was Deca 3cc a week and sus at 250 a week for eight weeks. My question is if I use Norandren 200, sus and d-bol what would be my gains and what should the cycle look like?

it is impossible to say what u'r gains would look like, that all depend on your diet and workout intensity etc. Though if u eat properly, sleep and train hard u can expect gains from 15 to 25 pounds. Give or take. But it is all up to u. If this is your second cycle then boost the deca @ 400 mg a week, sus @ 500mg a week and 35mg of bol ed for 4 weeks.
Full Intensity is right on. You cannot predict someones gains as too many factors play into it and everyone reacts different to each roid. The cycle looks good:
sust 500mg's 8 weeks
Deca 400mg's 8 weeks
d-bol 5 weeks
Have clomid for post cycle and nolva incase of gyno from the sust. Gyno from the deca is another story but don't have to worry about that right now. Also if water retention is a problem arimidex or liquidex will do the trick. Goodluck
