OK to have stuff floating in my Letro?

My Letro has stuff floating in it,and it all settles to the bottom during the day, is this normal? When I go to use it I usually shake it am I not supposed to?

I had the same prob before,not from A-AR, and I just shook it and was fine. If you have concerns just contact AR-R. May be a problem holding in suspension, could be a filler from a less than 100% source product, could be foriegn material from contamination, many options but likely still not a problem if your letro was dosed correctly.

nothing, still just floats then settles. I looks like some sort of thick oil when it settles, and like strings of glass when you shake it. I checked the other bottle I go and didnt see anything. Any ideas?
