    Not a pic just an intro

    Hello, I have been reading your board for sometime now and have finally subscribed, first let me say killer sight.
    A little about myself, I am 19 have been working out seriously and smartly with proper nutrition for a year, working out stupidly for for almost two years prior to that.

    stats
    heigth 5' 8"
    wieght 194 estimate 13-14% bf
    arms flexed 16.25 with no pump
    chest (lacking) 43
    thighs 25.5
    calfs 16.75

    i will post a pic hopefully sometime in the future of my before and after I have a pic of me at 153 pounds from about a year and a half ago (nyes I was really skinny) and I will a current one with that hopefully like I said soon.
    Don't plan to do roids until 22 or 23 I just keep reading up on it so I will be ready when the time comes, I hope to get my frame up to 220 bulked naturally, I have hit a growth spurt late in my life at 18 and grew an inch so hopefully I will grow some more. I hope to some day be the white version of Shawn Ray. I just appreciate all of you guys sharring great info, and also everyone is nice at your site. One more thing to add Big Kev is the man, I would also like to look like him hopefully in the near future.
