I've read threads which say diet should be isocaloric, others say 50/50 protein and carbs. Some threads say carbs should be kept moderate (30%) and others say 60%. Yet another appraoch is that if protein is sufficient, it doesn't matter where the rest of the calories come from as long as you stay below maintainence.
help! On a 21 day cycle @ 200mg, (NO ECY or Clen, just the dnp & supps) what should my diet look like?
