    DNP cycle:your advices please

I'm about to run my first DNP (powder not crystal) cycle :now I'm 205 pounds with about 15% bodyfat level and I want to run this cycle:
    week1: day 1-3 : 200mg/day 4-7 : 400mg
    week2 off
    week3: day1-3 : 400mg/ day 4-7 : 600mg
what do u think about it? should I take higher dosage? do u think a 1 month cycle with 200mg/day would be better?

    thanks for your advices !!!!

I've never taken DNP , I've just read about it, and it's damn dangerous. 200mg is NOT too much. You don't know how your body will react to it, so start with 200mg, and you should really feel it right away. Stick with 200mg for a while and see how it goes, and then VERY SLOWLY increase the mg's.

In terms of length, i've read people who usually go on DNP for 10-14 days and get good results from that.

read some of the educational threads on this board. I'm a competing bodybuilder, who would do just about anything to get lean. But I wont touch DNP ......... Good luck and be careful bro

have 2 fans ready, one on each side of you when you sleep. this really helps.

i'd suggest cycling for as long as you can stand it. no need to go off cycle at a predetermined time. the old myth about shutting down your thyroid is just a myth.
