im doin 500mg of test and 300mg of deca a week.. should i be splitting the deca into 150mg twice a week? i have been just doin all 300 at once one time a week... thanks guys

-yes split it take it on mondays and thursdays when u do your test shots

def best to split it in half on mon and thurs to help keep your blood levels stable
