Tren acetate schedule status

Does anybody know the current scheduling of tren acetate. I know a couple of years ago it would only be scheduled if it was intended for human consumption. Is that the case now??? If not what was the date of the scheduling.

Also, if any attny's have any info about the ability of the feds to prosecute someone who was caught with this substance, since the line at one time was so thin, reguarding this substance. btw it was a year ago when they confiscated his shipment.

Don't quote me but as long as in it's original state I believe it is legal to posess. Once converted or altered from its orginal state it is now deemed illegal. I believe having the pellets and a conversion kit would be illegal as well. Anyone else wanna clarify?

I don't recall ever seeing an actual statute pertaining to cattle implants. The thing is, it is legal to use as cattle implants, misuse of this product is prohibited by law, much the same way spray paint is legal, but huffing spray paint isn't. I know it's a sad analogy, but it doesn't matter in the eyes of the law.
