is this a good idea? how much test e a week? and would clomid be fine or should i look into nolva

stick with test only for around 10 weeks at 400-500mg. Have nolvadex, clomid, and all of your gear on hand before you start. But most importantly, do some more research. PCT should be longer than 2 weeks. Look into recent posts on frontloading and Pheendo's PCT. There's also a good post by MudMan I believe that has about 10 different beginners cycles. Good luck.

Run the test for 13 weeks at 500mg and the eq for 12 weeks at 500mgs. PCT following. Tons of PCT information in the "PCT" forum.

Wouldn't do winstrol for a first cycle. Can be hard on the joints which would not be good with your new strength gains.

Currently on my 1st cycle. i am doing:
test e 500mg/wk
Eq 400mg/wk
Winny 50mg ed

i would bump your test to 500mg/wk and do the winny ed as opposed to eod. by the way why dont you run the test 1 week longer than the eq so you can start pct same time. also imho you are running your winny too short. youl hardly see any gains, try doing it 5 weeks say last 5 weeks of cycle.

should i worry about test aromatizing while on cycle or the high estrogen levels post cycle...................what im trying to ask is should i take an anti estrogen like nolva or arimidex while on cycle or just wait to pct..........also, does taking a anti-e reduce gains during cycle?

it would be wise to take nolva/arimidex while on cycle to help combat bloat and for gyno prevention. better safe than sorry bro.
