definitly go with cyp bro,it easier to maintain constant levels and you can get it for half the price.

depending on cycle exp 400-600 wk will do you good

Cyp will bloat you up? Not if you're careful. All test, and several other AS, can cause water retention, but there are ways around that. Cutting your sodium is the most elementary, adding cardio to your routine will help. But the idea of using cyp is to bulk up, and the most important thing is to have a solid workout routine - it's not just a matter of doing an AS (cyp or anything else), but of integrating it with lifting.
As for the question of sust versus cyp . . .
Sust is a Chevy, Cyp is a Cadillac.
Sust is Ripple, Cyp is Chateau Lafite Rothschild.
Sust is a Bic pen, Cyp is a Mont Blanc.
Sust is Wal-Mart, Cyp is Neiman Marcus.
Sust is a hamburger, Cyp is filet mignon.
Sust is Hollywood Boulevard, Cyp is Rodeo Drive.
Sust is The Thomas Crown Affair with Pierce Brosnan, Cyp is the original The Thomas Crown Affair with Steve McQueen and Faye Dunaway. Much classier.
(If you didn't get the last one, Cyp is Sean Connery as James Bond, Sust is everyone other than Connery as James Bond. Except in Never Say Never Again, which was a rip-off of Thunderball.)
So, between sust and cyp, which would I recommend?

P.S. From a medical perspective, I'm with sk* and 4plates. Cyp is a much more consistent test than any of the short-acting esters.
If he is running EQ he won't have much of a problem with water retention anyways. TNT ( I hate to say it again) is correct.. dammit.. butttt I still like Sus.... My all time fav..
cyp. it's much cheaper.
