    pains in the 2nd week of a cycle

    ok its the second week of a sustanon and deca cycle and i have a throbbing pain in my right arm...it comes to the put where i cant even lift but i do light weight but i kno i can risk hurting it more wat shud i do continue the gear? or what?... it might be a tore bicep or sumthin im not sure but a bad pain in my right arm like someone gave you a dead arm for good
