how dangerous is it to inject into your glutes? Do most of you guys do glute injects?

I do glute injections. I alternate sides. I am right handed so it is hard for me to do an injection on the left side. I do it in the mirror. Then you don't have to twist around. Sometimes I get cramps in my obliques when I twist around.

i was talking to my friends mom, who is a nurse, and she was saying its dangerous cuz u can hit nerves and stuff and like get paralized i dunno....So no wmy bud is like reconsidering doing my injecs

If you hit a nerve the only thing that will happen is it will hurt more than usual.

Its not me bro, Iv read the "how to's" and what part of the glute to shoot and all....Only reason i posted this was cuz my bud is now hesitant to injec me, in fear of hurting me despite what the how-tos say....
Is this right tho, you want to divide ur glute into 4 parts, and u want to injec at the top outer origin

Not hacking on you.... you just need to know about all sites so you can practice site rotation to avoid scar tissue buildup....learn about practicing sterile inject techniques, aspiration, etc....trying to help ya if you're deadset on doing your cycle............
