I started my 1st cycle of QV teston 200 8 days ago, One cc a week. I am on a great diet 4000 cal. and have been busting my ass 5 days a week. When I started working out i was 5'6 145 lbs. Now I am 160 lbs. my goal is to hit 175 lean. Is there anything other than vitamins and shakes i need to be taking? Can I take creatine as well? Sould i take one cc a week for 6 weeks or 10 weeks? How often can i drink?
