How many cycles have you done before because that is some pretty high doses of deca and test? I would run the nolva at 10mg ED throughout the cycle unless your prone to gyno, if you are, you can bump it up to 20mg ED and keep it at 20mg for your PCT. Also, you might want to think about adding some l-dex or a-dex because that will stop almost any estrogen conversion to begin with, since you are using such a high amount of test. Also, you need to run the winstrol longer than 4 weeks to get the full effect IMO, I would run it for 6 weeks. Good luck bro.

This is gonna be my 4th cycle, i finished my last 12 week cycle of Deca /400mg/week and Test E/ 500mg/week with PCT, plan on starting this one Jan/05. should a slow it down to only 500mg/week instead of 750mg/week???

More juice doesn't always mean more gains. I wouldn't recommend going over 400mg/wk of deca because of the sides, but thats just MO. Since you are running the test enan with the deca, I would say that 500mg/wk of test enan would yield great results along with the deca at 400mg/wk. That is 900mg/wk of steroids , a pretty good amount IMO. If you were running the test alone then I would bump it up to 750mg/wk.

Liquidex and arimidex (they are the same thing), they are both anti e's that are used to inhibit the aromotase enzyme, this causes almost no testosterone conversion to estrogen thus elminating almost all estrogen produced in the body.

alright sounds good, ill bump it down to 375mg a week of deca , I got deca 250mg/ml so I figure ill go less with 375a week, go 3/4 cc shots on monday thursdays give me 187mg of deca a shot. Hows that sound???

Just do it like this for clomid,

day 1 300mg
next ten days 100mg ED
next ten days 50mg ED

That is the norm for PCT.

techinacally pcct would be 14 days after enanth. but what you could do would be to take prop in that 2 week gap and then start pct 3 days after last prop shot(time it so that day is the same day as the enanth pct start date)
